General Information on Accommodation
Children
Children are charged 75% of the adult rate.
Deposits
£30 non-refundable deposit per person is required within 7 days.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, or non-arrival, will be charged at the full rate if the room remains unsold. Accordingly, guests are strongly advised to insure against cancellation.
Payment
Payment may be made by cash, cheque supported by a valid cheque guarantee card. All Debit and Credit cards except American Express.
Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, guests are asked to arrive after 3:30pm. Please let us know if you expect to arrive after 6pm. Checking out time is 10.30am on the day of departure.
Meal Times
Breakfast is served from 8.30am to 9.30am and dinner at 7pm.
Arrangements can be made for an earlier breakfast. Please let us know if you have any special dietary arrangements e.g. vegetarian, gluten free.
